
Customer Service SHSM Certification
Overview:
This certification enables participants to define and understand benefits of exceptional customer service. Participants will assess whether they have the traits needed for a customer service mindset. They will learn to recognize barriers of great customer service, adapting to different customer behaviour styles, and develop a personal action plan to enhance their skills.
