This certification explores the importance of strong communication skills while identifying what makes these skills hard to master. It highlights pitfalls that workers, young and old, can fall into when not using proper communication strategies. Participants will learn communication techniques including face-to-face (formal and informal), effective use of communication channels such as email, newsletters, social media, websites etc. Participants will learn how perceptions impact communication, understand active listening and level three attention while being introduced to different communication styles dependant on personality types and developing action plans based on their communication style.
