Description:

This certification is designed to meet all Ministry of Labour Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System training requirements. This training is highly interactive, with a focus on the younger worker and dealing with hazardous materials. Participants will learn WHMIS regulations and how they apply to workers, employers and suppliers, identify the eight hazard symbols and understand the hazards associated with each, identify supplier and workplace labels and describe the features associated with each , and will understand the purpose and proper use of Safety Data Sheets (MSDS).
